About EarStudex
EarStudex Piercing Services is a professional piercing studio based in Peshawar, Pakistan, offering a range of ear piercing, body piercing, and premium body jewellery services. Our studio operates with the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and client care.
Eligibility & Age Requirements
• Clients must be 18 years of age or older to book and receive piercing services independently.
• Clients between the ages of 13 and 17 may receive certain piercing services with the written consent of a parent or legal guardian, who must be present at the time of the appointment.
• EarStudex reserves the right to request valid age identification before performing any procedure.
• We reserve the right to refuse service to any client who cannot provide appropriate consent documentation.
Appointments & Bookings
4.1 Booking Confirmation
All appointments must be confirmed through our official booking channels — website, phone, or in-studio. A booking is only considered confirmed upon receipt of a confirmation message from EarStudex.
4.2 Rescheduling
Clients may reschedule their appointment with a minimum notice of 24 hours prior to the scheduled time. Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours may be subject to availability.
4.3 Cancellations
• Cancellations made 48 hours or more in advance will receive a full refund or credit.
• Cancellations made within 24 to 48 hours may be eligible for a partial credit toward a future appointment.
• No-shows or cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will forfeit any deposit paid.
4.4 Studio Cancellations
In the rare event that EarStudex must cancel an appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, clients will be notified promptly and offered a full reschedule or refund.
Health, Safety & Medical Disclosure
5.1 Medical Conditions
Clients are required to disclose any relevant medical conditions, allergies, skin sensitivities, or medications prior to their procedure. This includes but is not limited to:
• Blood disorders or clotting conditions
• Diabetes
• Allergies to metals, latex, or antiseptic products
• Active skin infections or irritations in the piercing area
• Pregnancy or recent surgery
5.2 Right to Refuse
EarStudex reserves the right to refuse or postpone a piercing procedure if, in the professional judgement of our piercer, proceeding would pose a health or safety risk to the client.
5.3 Informed Consent
All clients are required to sign an Informed Consent Form prior to receiving any piercing service. This form acknowledges that the client understands the procedure, associated risks, and aftercare responsibilities.
Piercing Procedures & Standards
• All piercing procedures are performed by trained and experienced professional piercers.
• EarStudex adheres to strict hygiene and sterilisation protocols, including the use of single-use, sterile equipment for every procedure.
• Jewellery used during initial piercings is sourced from certified, body-safe materials including implant-grade titanium, surgical steel, and solid gold where applicable.
• Clients must not be under the influence of alcohol or drugs at the time of their appointment. EarStudex reserves the right to refuse service if this is suspected.
Body Jewellery, Purchases & Returns
7.1 Product Quality
All body jewellery sold by EarStudex is sourced from trusted suppliers and meets body-safe standards. Product descriptions and material specifications are provided accurately to the best of our knowledge.
7.2 Returns & Exchanges
Due to the intimate and hygienic nature of body jewellery:
• Worn or used jewellery cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.
• Unworn jewellery may be exchanged within 7 days of purchase, provided it is in its original, sealed packaging with proof of purchase.
• Defective or damaged products will be exchanged or refunded upon verification.
7.3 Allergic Reactions
EarStudex is not liable for allergic reactions arising from undisclosed sensitivities. Clients are encouraged to inform staff of any known metal or material allergies prior to purchase or piercing.
Aftercare Responsibility
EarStudex provides detailed aftercare instructions following every piercing procedure. It is the sole responsibility of the client to follow these instructions diligently. EarStudex shall not be held liable for:
• Infections or complications resulting from failure to follow aftercare guidelines
• Use of non-recommended cleaning products or practices
• Premature removal or change of jewellery during the healing period
• Complications arising from undisclosed medical conditions
Clients experiencing unusual swelling, discharge, or signs of infection are advised to contact our studio or seek medical attention promptly.
Liability & Disclaimer
• EarStudex takes every reasonable precaution to ensure client safety and satisfaction. However, all piercing procedures carry inherent risks, and by proceeding, clients acknowledge and accept these risks.
• EarStudex shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
• Our liability in any matter is limited to the value of the service or product purchased.
Photography & Client Privacy
• EarStudex may photograph healed or freshly completed piercings for portfolio or promotional purposes only with the explicit written consent of the client.
• Clients who do not wish to be photographed may opt out at any time without affecting the quality of their service.
• All client data and records are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy
Code of Conduct
EarStudex is committed to providing a safe, respectful, and welcoming environment for all clients and staff. We reserve the right to refuse service or remove any individual from our premises who:
• Displays abusive, threatening, or disrespectful behaviour toward staff or other clients
• Provides false information on consent or health forms
• Attempts to engage in any unlawful activity on our premises
Intellectual Property
All content on the EarStudex website — including text, images, branding, logos, and design — is the exclusive intellectual property of EarStudex Piercing Services. Reproduction, distribution, or use of any content without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.
Website Use
• The EarStudex website is intended for informational and booking purposes only.
• We strive to ensure all information on our website is accurate and up to date. However, EarStudex does not warrant that all content is error-free or complete at all times.
• Unauthorised use of our website, including hacking, scraping, or introducing malicious code, is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Peshawar.
Amendments
EarStudex reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be published on our website with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
