For health and hygiene reasons, ear studs and piercing products cannot be returned or exchanged once opened or used. This policy ensures that every customer receives a new, sterile, and safe product.
Eligible Returns (Unopened Items Only)
We gladly accept returns or exchanges if:
- The product is unused, unopened, and in original sealed packaging
- The return request is made within 7 days of delivery
- The item is in resalable condition with all original contents
Once approved, customers may choose:

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item
If you receive a product that is:

- Different from what you ordered

After verification, EarStudex will provide a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
Non-Returnable Situations

- The product has been opened, worn, or used
- The request is made after the return window
- The item is damaged due to improper handling by the customer
