    At EarStudex Piercing Services & body jewellery Store, we take the same level of care in delivering your body jewellery and piercing products as we do in every procedure we perform. This Shipping Policy outlines everything you need to know about how we process, pack, and deliver your orders, safely, securely, and on time.
    By placing an order through our website or in-studio, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

    • Nationwide Delivery — All major cities and towns across Pakistan
    • Local Delivery — Peshawar and surrounding areas
    • International Shipping — Available on select products (contact us for availability and rates)
  3. Order Processing Time
    • All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days of payment confirmation.
    • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.
    • During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly extended.
    Please note: Processing time is separate from shipping and delivery time.

    International Shipping Calculated at checkout based on destination & weight
    • Free shipping may be offered on orders above a specified minimum value. Current promotions will be displayed at checkout.
    • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item dispatched by EarStudex.
  6. Order Tracking
    Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation along with a tracking number via SMS or email. You can use this tracking number to monitor your delivery through the respective courier’s website or app.
    If you have not received your tracking details within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us immediately.
  7. Packaging & Discretion
    At EarStudex, we understand the importance of privacy. All orders are:
    • Packaged in secure, tamper-proof packaging
    • Labelled discreetly without explicit mention of the product contents
    • Handled with care to ensure jewellery arrives in perfect, undamaged condition
    Premium or gift orders may be dispatched in branded packaging upon request.
  8. Failed Deliveries & Returned Parcels
    In the event of a failed delivery attempt:
    • The courier will make up to two delivery attempts before returning the parcel to our facility.
    • Clients will be notified of a failed delivery via SMS or email.
    • If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, failed attempts, or unclaimed delivery, the client will be responsible for any re-shipping fees incurred.
    Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are accurate at the time of placing your order.
  9. Damaged or Lost Shipments
    Damaged Items
    If your order arrives damaged, please:
    • Photograph the damaged packaging and item immediately upon receipt
    • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at our official email or phone number
    • We will arrange a replacement or refund upon verification of the damage
    Lost Shipments
    If your tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days or your parcel appears to be lost:
    • Contact our team and we will liaise with the courier on your behalf
    • EarStudex will offer a replacement or store credit for confirmed lost shipments
    • We are not liable for losses caused by incorrect addresses provided at checkout
  10. Customs & International Duties
    • Customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees imposed by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
    • EarStudex is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.
    • We declare all international shipments accurately and in compliance with applicable laws.
  11. In-Store Pickup
    Clients in Peshawar are welcome to collect their orders directly from our studio:
    • In-store pickup is available during regular business hours
    • Orders must be collected within 5 business days of notification
    • A valid ID may be required upon collection
