Nose Piercings
Standard Nose Piercing (Nostril)
The nostril piercing sits on the side of the nose and is one of the most requested placements we do. Since it goes through cartilage, it heals a little slower than a lobe piercing — typically around 4 to 6 months for full healing. We assess your nose shape and facial symmetry before marking the placement, so the final result sits naturally with your features. It pairs well with a simple stud to start, with hoops usually added later once fully healed.
Septum Piercing
The septum piercing goes through the thin, soft tissue between your nostrils, often called the “sweet spot” — not through the harder cartilage further back. Because this tissue has good blood flow, septum piercings tend to heal faster than nostril piercings, usually within 2 to 3 months. This placement works well with a ring or clicker, and many clients like that it can be flipped up and hidden when needed.
